Design

In the mid-century era, American automakers looked to the future with bold, rocket-inspired tailfins. Sweeping upward from chrome-lined bodies, they captured the nation’s fascination with speed, style, and the space age. Tailfins weren’t just decorative features; they were promises of possibility and a future shaped by imagination.

Farm and Process

High in the foothills of the Cordillera Central in Tolima, Colombia, a group of 59 dedicated growers formed Café del Macizo in 2003. These farmers share decades of knowledge, techniques, and resources to bring out the best in their harvests.

Tailfin Coffee is a smooth Colombian roast inspired by an era that believed in better days ahead. Grown high in the mountains of Tolima, it offers gentle acidity, a rounded body, and notes of dark chocolate, mango, and peach. Thoughtfully sourced and carefully roasted, this is coffee made to slow the morning and set a hopeful tone for the day.
