High in the foothills of the Cordillera Central in Tolima, Colombia, a group of 59 dedicated growers formed Café del Macizo in 2003. These farmers share decades of knowledge, techniques, and resources to bring out the best in their harvests.

Bold, complex, and smooth. Our Tailfin Colombia combines the rich taste of dark chocolate with the bright notes of mango and peach. It has medium acidity and a rounded body, making this cup both classic and adventurous, much like the cars that inspired its name.

Sweeping upward from chrome-lined bodies, they captured the nation’s fascination with speed, style, and the space age. Tailfins weren’t just decorative features; they were promises of possibility and a future shaped by imagination.
