Matcha with Mushrooms

This is Japanese hojicha, a green tea that’s gently roasted to bring out a smooth, nutty sweetness. It’s naturally low-key and easy to drink, with none of the sharpness you might expect from green tea. We’ve blended it with Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi to add a little depth and balance, without changing what makes hojicha special.
