O-matic Instant Coffee begins with 100% Arabica beans grown at high altitude in volcanic soil, where mineral-rich ground and steady climates produce depth, balance, and clarity in the cup. Each batch is roasted with restraint to preserve a smooth body and clean, composed flavor.

Using a gentle freeze-drying process, the coffee’s aroma and character are preserved - giving you a cup that tastes remarkably close to a fresh cup of specialty grade coffee.
