Farm and Process

Tinsel is grown in the volcanic soils of Bali’s Kintamani Highlands. It comes from small family farms that work together through the traditional Subak Abian cooperative system. This centuries-old Balinese method focuses on sustainable farming and balance among people, nature, and spirit. Each cherry is hand-picked, wet-hulled (called Giling Basah locally), and dried on raised beds under the island sun. The result is the signature blue hue and clean, chocolate-rich flavor that make Bali Blue Moon one of the most cherished coffees in the world.

Tinsel is a single origin coffee from Bali. It features rich notes of baker’s chocolate, molasses, and a hint of orange. This coffee comes from small farms in Bali’s Kintamani Highlands and is roasted medium-dark. It offers a festive cup that captures the warmth of mid-century Christmas mornings.

Design

Tinsel celebrates the shimmer and sparkle of mid-century holidays. It reflects the glow of aluminum trees, the twinkle of glass ornaments, and the warm buzz of a living room lit by string lights.
