Tinsel is grown in the volcanic soils of Bali’s Kintamani Highlands. It comes from small family farms that work together through the traditional Subak Abian cooperative system. This centuries-old Balinese method focuses on sustainable farming and balance among people, nature, and spirit. Each cherry is hand-picked, wet-hulled (called Giling Basah locally), and dried on raised beds under the island sun. The result is the signature blue hue and clean, chocolate-rich flavor that make Bali Blue Moon one of the most cherished coffees in the world.
