Farm and Process

In Ethiopia, coffee is a big part of both culture and people’s livelihoods. It is the country's main export product and supports more than 15 million farmers and workers. This coffee is grown on family farms in the Oromia zone and processed in a local cooperative using traditional methods. This results in a remarkable naturally processed coffee.

About

Lively, delicate, and endlessly smooth. Stereophonic Ethiopia features notes of berry, soft florals, and caramel-vanilla. It offers a delicate bodied cup with clarity and harmony, layered like a favorite record spinning on vinyl.

Design

The 1950s and ’60s introduced stereophonic sound, changing how people listened to music. Suddenly, records had depth, dimension, and detail that made living rooms feel like concert halls. Vinyl was not just sound; it was an experience, a ritual, a lifestyle. With its bright clarity and layered complexity, this coffee reflects that innovation — a pure, balanced harmony between past and present. Stereophonic invites you to slow down, drop the needle, and savor every note.

Small Batch Roasted

Every bag of coffee is roasted to order in small batches.

This ensures your coffee is delivered fresh and gives you an amazing cup of coffee, every time.

Mid-Century Centered

Everything that surrounds our coffee is inspired by Mid-Century Modern design. We want to take people back to a time when everything was designed with intention.

All of the designs are created in-house by MCM Coffee's owners.
